About ODRIndia

ODR India is the first online dispute resolution project of Perry4Law Organisation (P4LO) that was launched in the year 2004. Later on, it was joined by Techno Legal Centre Of Excellence For Online Dispute Resolution In India (TLCEODRI) and Resolve Without Litigation (RWL) projects of P4LO.

ODR India is a social initiative and it is helping national and international stakeholders to get qualitative, transparent, instant and good governance based techno legal services in India using online dispute resolution (ODR) methods and tools.

TLCEODRI is a techno legal research and development initiative that is helping in the establishment and use of ODR in India and other jurisdictions. It is also a LegalTech and TechLaw Incubator that is currently incubating both ODR India and RWL projects

RWL is a commercial project that is working to resolve global techno legal disputes in fields like cyber law, cyber security, intellectual property rights, international trade in goods and services, artificial intelligence, machine learning, cloud computing, cryptoassets and cryptocurrencies, cyber law due diligence, internet intermediary compliance, etc.

This categorisation and classification between the functions and working of ODR India, TLCEODRI and RWL has been adopted for better functioning and performance. There is nothing that can and would prevent ODR India and TLCEODRI to perform, conduct or extend their techno legal services for any or all fields covered by us. But we recommend that for public grievances and deficiency in public services, stakeholders must use ODR India portal first. Only when ODR India cannot be used, the stakeholders must approach TLCEODRI or RWL.
